Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on content writing and SEO. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across various channels to drive engagement, leads, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Create compelling, high-quality content for the website, blog, social media, email campaigns, and other marketing channels.
  • Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and adheres to the brand’s voice and style guidelines.
  • Edit, proofread, and improve existing content to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Understand the target audience and create content that resonates with them, driving interest and engagement.
  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., social media, email marketing, PPC).
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends and best practices to inform campaign strategies.
  • Perform on-page and off-page optimization to improve website visibility and traffic.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO software.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to enhance organic search rankings.
  • Plan and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create, schedule, and manage posts on social media platforms.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities.
  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
  • Segment email lists and personalize email content to enhance engagement.
  • Analyze email performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate with designers, developers, and external vendors to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on content writing, is a must.
  • Proven experience in developing high-quality, engaging content across various digital channels.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to understand the target audience and create content that drives engagement.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, WordPress).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
