About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Intern to join our team and assist in expanding our customer base for our Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions.

As a Sales Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in the sales process of a cutting-edge SaaS company.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist the sales team in prospecting and generating leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Conduct research on potential customers to identify their needs, pain points, and business challenges.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Support the creation and customization of sales proposals and contracts based on customer requirements.
  • Assist in managing the sales pipeline and CRM system by updating and tracking leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to learn about our products, industry trends, and sales techniques.
  • Attend networking events and industry conferences to represent the company and build relationships with potential customers.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, performance, and results.
Requirements:
  • Pursuing/completed a bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in sales and a desire to learn and develop sales skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of SaaS and an understanding of the software industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and sales tools is preferred.
