Our client came to us with a rapid Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) strategy to grow its market share and product portfolio. They needed a future-proof platform that could quickly integrate data across these companies and deliver actionable insights while also helping them continuously optimize operations, sales, costs, and resources. Our client's current data warehouse was not robust or reliable enough to provide the insights it needed, plus it was costing a fortune to develop and manage. Together, we iteratively transformed their rigid and non-scalable data processes into a future-proof platform that could ingest (ETL) and integrate data from various ERPs and 3rd party systems, enrich and organize it in a flexible data warehouse, and analyze it with reporting tools like PowerBI.
